MY BACKGROUND: Hi my name is Catherine Betts & I grew up in Piedmont, CA and graduated from the University of the Pacific in 2007 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences. I played 4 years of Division One soccer, 1 year in the WPSL and 8 years playing for the Olympic Club in SF.
Upon graduation from UOP, I had the opportunity to work at Athletes Performance in Los Angeles training NBA, NHL, NFL and MLS players, in addition I assisted with the men’s and women’s USA National soccer teams. I have continued to challenge myself by taking courses in neuroscience, nutrition, fitness and corrective exercise. I call myself a holistic fitness and wellness consultant because I consider myself a facilitator of healthier lifestyle practices. I encourage my clients to focus not only on their short-term goals and successes but to look forward and create lifelong strategies to live more fulfilling lives and achieve a healthier mind, body and spirit.
I incorporate strength training, yoga, respiratory re-training, meditative practices, joint mobility restoration, nutrition, speed, quickness & agility, visual, and vestibular training/neural re-education into my programs. I work with youth teams, individuals, small-groups and do lifestyle consulting.
I have worked as a personal trainer and health coach for over 10 years and worked with hundreds of clients ages 5 through 90 years old.
In 2020 I launched my sports bra design targeted for well-endowed athletic women.
I am a mother to two young children & we love spending most of our free time hiking, biking, skiing & living the active mountain lifestyle.
I live what I teach and strive to live a life that is balanced.
My fitness programs are custom designed to meet your unique goals. Whether you are looking to loose weight, prevent injuries, improve strength or looking for support with pre & postnatal fitness, I will support you in achieving those goals.

Private & small group sessions for children ages 5 through college level. Custom designed to meet the unique needs of each athlete & improve their overall athletic performance.
Areas of focus can range from: Endurance, flexibility, agility, speed & strength training to skills (shooting, passing, dribbling), technique & footwork.
No matter whether you are looking to loose weight or just feel better I can offer you customized solutions. I was diagnosed after 16 years of struggle with celiac disease and Hypothyroidism. Over the last 25 years I have tried every diet known to man kind to heal my symptoms and improve my performance. I love helping others find their way through similar struggles.
